Returns and Refunds Policy

  • Hattie Home has a 30-day returns policy, starting from the date you receive your order.
  • Should you face any problems with your orders, such as the product being defective, kindly reach our to our customer support team at the above email address. we will get back to you within one business day.
  • Depending on the situation, we have several solutions that we will apply on a case-by-case basis. These are:
    • Sending a replacement for the defective product
    • Full or partial refund of the amount paid
